Im Folgenden werden die wichtigsten Bestandteile der beheizten Fl\u00e4che eines Kessels aufgef\u00fchrt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wasserk\u00fchlwand<\/strong>Die wassergek\u00fchlte Wand besteht aus einem aufrechten Rohrb\u00fcndel, das um den Kesselraum herum angeordnet ist. Sie nimmt die W\u00e4rme haupts\u00e4chlich durch Strahlungsw\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung auf, erw\u00e4rmt Wasser und wandelt es in Dampf um. Der Aufbau der wassergek\u00fchlten Wand gew\u00e4hrleistet die K\u00fchlung und den Schutz der Feuerraumwand, und ihre Wasserzirkulation ist in zwei Arten unterteilt: nat\u00fcrliche Zirkulation und erzwungene Zirkulation. Bei der nat\u00fcrlichen Zirkulation treibt die wassergek\u00fchlte Wand den Fluss des Arbeitsmaterials durch den Temperaturunterschied an, w\u00e4hrend die erzwungene Zirkulation auf Pumpen beruht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00dcberhitzung<\/strong>\u00dcberhitzer: Der \u00dcberhitzer erhitzt ges\u00e4ttigten Dampf auf die erforderliche \u00dcberhitzungstemperatur, wobei er die W\u00e4rme aus dem Rauchgas haupts\u00e4chlich durch konvektive W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung aufnimmt. Der \u00dcberhitzer befindet sich in der Regel im horizontalen Rauchzug des Kessels, w\u00e4hrend einige \u00dcberhitzer an der Innenseite der Feuerraumwand oder oben auf dem Feuerraum angebracht sind. Die Temperatur des \u00dcberhitzers kann 500 \u00b0C oder mehr erreichen, und h\u00e4ufig ist ein Hei\u00dfdampfk\u00fchler erforderlich, um die Temperatur des \u00fcberhitzten Dampfes zu regulieren und \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Temperaturschwankungen zu vermeiden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sparanlage<\/strong>Der Kohle-Economiser nutzt die Abw\u00e4rme des Kesselabgases zur Erw\u00e4rmung des Speisewassers, wodurch die Kesselspeisewassertemperatur erh\u00f6ht, die Abgastemperatur gesenkt, der Kesselwirkungsgrad verbessert und Brennstoff gespart wird. Der Kohle-Economiser ist im Kamin am Ende des Kessels angeordnet, und das Speisewasser wird durch das Serpentinenrohr erhitzt, das etwa 15%-20% der Gesamtverdampfung des Kessels erzeugt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Luftvorw\u00e4rmer<\/strong>Luftvorw\u00e4rmer: Der Luftvorw\u00e4rmer verbessert den Wirkungsgrad der Verbrennung durch Erw\u00e4rmung der Verbrennungsluft. Er befindet sich im Kamin am Ende des Kessels und nutzt die W\u00e4rme des Rauchgases, um die Luft zu erw\u00e4rmen. Der Luftvorw\u00e4rmer kann als Rohr- oder Rotationsluftvorw\u00e4rmer ausgef\u00fchrt sein. Rohrf\u00f6rmige Luftvorw\u00e4rmer arbeiten stabil, sind aber gr\u00f6\u00dfer; rotierende Luftvorw\u00e4rmer haben eine kompakte Struktur und eine gute W\u00e4rme\u00fcbertragung und eignen sich f\u00fcr gro\u00dfe und mittelgro\u00dfe Kessel.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\u9505\u7089\u9009\u578b\u539f\u5219\"><strong>Grunds\u00e4tze der Kesselauswahl<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Bei der Kesseldimensionierung m\u00fcssen eine Reihe von Faktoren ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, darunter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Kraftstoffeignung<\/strong>Auswahl des Kesseltyps, der f\u00fcr die verwendete Kohleart geeignet ist, und Gew\u00e4hrleistung, dass die Verbrennungseigenschaften der Kohleart auf die Verbrennungsausr\u00fcstung des Kessels abgestimmt sind. So wirken sich z. B. die Entz\u00fcndungseigenschaften, das Ausbrandverhalten, die Verschlackungseigenschaften und der Schwefelgehalt der Kohle auf den Kesseltyp aus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Dampfparameter und Betriebsarten<\/strong>F\u00fcr unterschiedliche Dampfparameter werden unterschiedliche Kesseltypen eingesetzt. Naturumlaufkessel sind f\u00fcr Dampfparameter bis einschlie\u00dflich unterkritischem Druck geeignet, w\u00e4hrend Gleichstromkessel f\u00fcr Dampf mit \u00fcberkritischem Druck erforderlich sind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Struktur des Kessels<\/strong>Bei der Auswahl des Kessels muss auch die Betriebsart ber\u00fccksichtigt werden, z. B. sollten f\u00fcr den Betrieb mit Zwischenlasten Regelkreiskessel oder Gleichstromkessel ausgew\u00e4hlt werden, w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcr die Anforderungen des Festdruckbetriebs die wassergek\u00fchlten Wandfestdruckkessel mit vertikaler Rohrschlange gew\u00e4hlt werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Einsatz von Kesselanlagen in Kraftwerken ist von entscheidender Bedeutung, und ihre Struktur, Auswahl und Betriebseffizienz wirken sich direkt auf den Energieverbrauch und die Wirtschaftlichkeit von Kraftwerken aus.
