Deze verwarmt de thermische olie met elektrische energie en geeft de warmte vervolgens door aan de thermische olie, zodat er een stabiele en betrouwbare verwarmingsbron ontstaat voor industri\u00eble productie. Een elektrisch verwarmde thermische olieoven kan zorgen voor een stabiele omgeving met hoge temperaturen voor chemische reacties, vooral bij de behoefte aan nauwkeurige temperatuurregeling en als er geen gebruik kan worden gemaakt van stoomverwarming, zijn de superieure prestaties van een elektrisch verwarmde thermische olieoven bijzonder prominent. Het kan warmte overdragen via de thermische olie, waardoor het drukverlies dat kan worden veroorzaakt door de stoomleiding effectief wordt vermeden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-\u98df\u54c1\u52a0\u5de5\u884c\u4e1a\">2. <strong>Voedselverwerkende industrie<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Voedselverwerking moet de grondstoffen vaak verwarmen tot een bepaalde temperatuur, elektrische verwarming thermische olie oven vanwege de snelle opwarmsnelheid, temperatuurregeling en nauwkeurige functies, op grote schaal gebruikt in voedsel drogen, sterilisatie, frituren en andere productieprocessen.
