Vergeleken met traditionele stoomketels kunnen thermische olieketels effici\u00ebnt werken bij lage druk en een stabiele warmtebron bieden. Ze gebruiken thermische olie als warmtedrager en circuleren in een gesloten systeem om de warmte effectief over te dragen aan de productieapparatuur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thermische olieketels kunnen olievloeistoffen verwarmen door verschillende soorten brandstoffen te verbranden, zoals kolen, stookolie, aardgas, enz. om aan de warmtevraag van verschillende industrie\u00ebn te voldoen. Vooral in de chemische, petroleum, voedselverwerkende en andere industrie\u00ebn, heeft de thermische olieboiler als belangrijk het verwarmen materiaal, om het effici\u00ebnte en stabiele tegelijkertijd verwarmen te verzekeren, ook de voordelen van energie - besparing en milieubescherming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-\u5bfc\u70ed\u6cb9\u9505\u7089\u5de5\u4f5c\u539f\u7406\">2. <strong>Werkingsprincipe van de olieboiler van de hittegeleiding<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Thermische olieboilers verbranden brandstof (bijv. aardgas, kolen, zware olie, enz.) door de brander en dragen de warmte over aan de thermische olie in de boiler. De temperatuur van de warmtegeleidende olie stijgt na de opname van warmte in de ketel en gaat het circulatiesysteem in om warmte te leveren aan industri\u00eble apparatuur. De werkwijze is als volgt:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>verbrandingsproces<\/strong>De warmte die wordt gegenereerd door de verbranding van de brandstof in de verbrandingskamer wordt via het warmtewisselsysteem overgedragen aan de warmteoverdrachtsolie.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>verwarmingsproces<\/strong>Warmteoverdrachtolie absorbeert warmte door warmteuitwisseling in de boiler en de temperatuur stijgt continu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>circulerende warmte<\/strong>: De warmteoverdrachtolie met hoge temperatuur wordt via de pijpleiding naar de apparatuur geleid, waarbij warmte wordt afgegeven aan de apparatuur die moet worden verwarmd.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>temperatuurregeling<\/strong>Nadat de temperatuur van de warmteoverdrachtolie door de warmtewisselaar of het refluxsysteem is gedaald, gaat het de ketel in om opnieuw te worden verwarmd, waardoor een gesloten lussysteem ontstaat.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-\u5bfc\u70ed\u6cb9\u9505\u7089\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u5e94\u7528\u9886\u57df\">3. <strong>Toepassingsgebieden van thermische olieboilersystemen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Olieketels voor warmteoverdracht worden veel gebruikt in industrie\u00ebn die een stabiele warmtebron voor hoge temperaturen nodig hebben, en hieronder volgen enkele typische toepassingsgebieden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Chemische industrie<\/strong>In chemische productieprocessen zijn vaak hoge temperaturen nodig om reacties en droging te vergemakkelijken en thermische olieketels kunnen een continue, stabiele warmtebron voor hoge temperaturen leveren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>voedselverwerking<\/strong>: In de voedingsindustrie worden thermische olieketels gebruikt om frituuropparatuur, droogapparatuur en stoomgeneratoren te verwarmen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>olie-industrie<\/strong>Bij de verwerking van olie is een behandeling van ruwe olie op hoge temperatuur vereist. Reinig de warmtewisselaar regelmatig om de warmteoverdracht te behouden.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optimalisatie van het verbrandingsproces<\/strong>Gebruik van branders met hoog rendement en regulering van de verbrandingshoeveelheid om een adequate verbranding van brandstof te garanderen en warmteverspilling te beperken.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>De temperatuur van de warmteoverdrachtsolie regelen<\/strong>Redelijke regeling van de temperatuur van de warmteoverdrachtolie om warmteverlies door ultrahoge temperaturen te voorkomen en tegelijkertijd de effici\u00ebntie van het systeem te verbeteren.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>warmteterugwinningssysteem<\/strong>Warmte terugwinnen uit uitlaatgassen via een warmteterugwinningssysteem om de algehele effici\u00ebntie te verbeteren en het energieverbruik te verlagen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-\u5bfc\u70ed\u6cb9\u9505\u7089\u5e38\u89c1\u95ee\u9898\u4e0e\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\">6. <strong>Overdrachtsketel op olie veel voorkomende problemen en oplossingen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Probleem met thermische uitschakeling van ketel<\/strong>De thermische uitschakelbeveiliging kan in werking treden wanneer de thermische olieboiler oververhit raakt, waardoor het systeem wordt uitgeschakeld.
