Dit kan worden berekend door het debiet van de warmtedragende olie, temperatuurveranderingen enz. te meten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\u5b9e\u4f8b\u8ba1\u7b97\"><strong>Voorbeeld berekeningen<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Ervan uitgaande dat een warmtedragende olieboiler 100 kg brandstof per uur verbruikt, de calorische waarde van de brandstof 40MJ\/kg is en de warmtedragende olie 3200MJ warmte per uur opneemt, wordt het rendement van de boiler als volgt berekend:<br>\\text{rendement (%) } = \\left( \\frac{3200}{100 \\times 40} \\right) \\times 100 = 80\\%<br>Dit resultaat geeft aan dat het thermisch rendement van de ketel 801 TP3T is, waarvan 201 TP3T verloren kan gaan door rookafvoer, warmteafvoer, enz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-\u5982\u4f55\u63d0\u9ad8\u5bfc\u70ed\u6cb9\u9505\u7089\u7684\u6548\u7387\"><strong>Hoe kan ik het rendement van een thermische olieboiler verbeteren?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Door het rendement van een thermische olieboiler te verbeteren, kunnen het brandstofverbruik en de bedrijfskosten aanzienlijk worden verlaagd, terwijl ook de invloed op het milieu afneemt.
