Os principais componentes da superf\u00edcie aquecida de uma caldeira s\u00e3o os seguintes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>parede de arrefecimento de \u00e1gua<\/strong>A parede arrefecida a \u00e1gua \u00e9 constitu\u00edda por um feixe vertical de tubos dispostos \u00e0 volta da c\u00e2mara da caldeira. Absorve o calor principalmente atrav\u00e9s da transfer\u00eancia de calor radiante, aquece a \u00e1gua e converte-a em vapor. A estrutura da parede arrefecida a \u00e1gua assegura o arrefecimento e a prote\u00e7\u00e3o da parede do forno, e a sua circula\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua divide-se em dois tipos: circula\u00e7\u00e3o natural e circula\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada. A parede arrefecida a \u00e1gua em circula\u00e7\u00e3o natural impulsiona o fluxo do material de trabalho atrav\u00e9s da diferen\u00e7a de temperatura, enquanto a circula\u00e7\u00e3o for\u00e7ada se baseia na bombagem.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>sobreaquecedor<\/strong>Sobreaquecimento: O sobreaquecedor aquece o vapor saturado at\u00e9 \u00e0 temperatura de sobreaquecimento necess\u00e1ria, absorvendo o calor dos gases de combust\u00e3o principalmente atrav\u00e9s da transfer\u00eancia de calor por convec\u00e7\u00e3o. O sobreaquecedor est\u00e1 normalmente localizado na chamin\u00e9 horizontal da caldeira, enquanto alguns sobreaquecedores est\u00e3o localizados no interior da parede da fornalha ou no topo da fornalha. A temperatura do sobreaquecedor pode atingir 500\u00b0C ou mais, e \u00e9 frequentemente necess\u00e1rio um dessuperaquecedor para regular a temperatura do vapor sobreaquecido para evitar flutua\u00e7\u00f5es excessivas de temperatura.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>economizador<\/strong>O economizador de carv\u00e3o utiliza o calor residual dos gases de combust\u00e3o da caldeira para aquecer a \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, aumentando assim a temperatura da \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o da caldeira, reduzindo a temperatura de exaust\u00e3o, melhorando a efici\u00eancia da caldeira e economizando combust\u00edvel. O economizador de carv\u00e3o \u00e9 colocado na chamin\u00e9 no final da caldeira, e a \u00e1gua de alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 aquecida atrav\u00e9s do tubo de serpentina, que produz cerca de 15%-20% da evapora\u00e7\u00e3o total da caldeira.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>pr\u00e9-aquecedor de ar<\/strong>O pr\u00e9-aquecedor de ar melhora a efici\u00eancia da combust\u00e3o ao aquecer o ar de combust\u00e3o. Est\u00e1 localizado na chamin\u00e9 no final da caldeira e utiliza o calor do g\u00e1s de combust\u00e3o para aquecer o ar. O pr\u00e9-aquecedor de ar pode ser concebido em tubo ou tipo rotativo.
