Working Principle
Preheating Furnaces
Preheat ovens are used to preheat parts before they are used in certain types of applications. Most of our preheat ovens are custom built to preheat spinnerets, spinning sets, extruder die sets and filter assemblies.

Circulation blower
A blower with a fully enclosed fan-cooled motor is mounted on the oven to distribute heat evenly around the extruder die. It is mounted on the side of the oven for forced convection and allows for rapid heating of the part.
control panel
The digital PID controller is mounted on the control panel. The standard "ON/OFF" is also supplied with an indicator light which is bright enough to be seen from a distance.

The exterior is made of carbon steel.
inside (part, section)
The interior is made of stainless steel. It is fitted with a heating element at the bottom of the oven.
Note: The unit can be fully customised, designed on demand according to the different specifications of different customers.
