Fluidised cleaning bed is a highly efficient industrial cleaning equipment, which is used to clean the surface of the workpiece from impurities such as oil, coatings, oxides, etc. by fluidising specific media particles into a liquid-like state. The equipment is widely used in automotive manufacturing, aerospace, electronics, chemical and other industries, because of its cleaning effect is remarkable, environmental protection and energy saving and is highly favoured. The working principle of fluidised cleaning bed will be introduced in detail below.
1. Medium fluidisation processes
The core principle of the fluidised cleaning bed lies in the fluidity of the fluidised medium. Inside the bed, the fine particulate media (e.g. alumina, silicon carbide, etc.) are heated to the required temperature by means of a heating system. Compressed air flows upwards from the bottom of the bed, and by controlling the strength of the air flow, the particulate medium is suspended and reaches a liquid-like "fluidised" state. This state of the media is not only fluid, but also maintains a certain temperature, making the cleaning process more efficient.
2. High-temperature stripping of impurities
After the workpiece is placed in the fluidised bed, the fluidised particles will encapsulate the workpiece at a high temperature. Due to the high temperature of the fluidising medium, usually between 400°C and 600°C, this heat quickly softens or breaks down impurities adhering to the surface of the workpiece, such as oils, lacquers, oxides, etc., allowing for efficient removal.
3. Microparticle scouring
The particles in the fluidised bed flow continuously under the action of the air stream, colliding with each other and with the surface of the workpiece, creating a "particle scouring" effect. The particles continue to lightly scour the surface of the workpiece, gently stripping away stubborn adhesions such as carbon deposits, residual coatings and other impurities without damaging the surface or structure of the workpiece, making it suitable for precision cleaning needs.
4. High temperature maintenance and automatic cleaning
The system of fluidised cleaning bed will automatically maintain the temperature of the medium to ensure the stability of the whole cleaning process. At the same time, the impurities after cleaning will be automatically discharged to maintain the purity of the cleaning medium, so that the fluidised bed cleaning has a continuous and stable effect.
5. Environmentally friendly and energy-saving features
Unlike traditional chemical or manual cleaning, Fuidised beds do not rely on chemical solvents and are therefore environmentally friendly and non-polluting. At the same time, due to its use of high temperature media and the use of circulating heating systems, the energy consumption of the equipment is relatively low, achieving the goal of environmental protection and energy saving.
